Digiplus is a digital brand/initiative based in the Algarve. The full identity of the service provider responsible for processing must be stated in the proposal before any contract. Privacy enquiries: hello@digiplus.pt.
The form prepares a draft in WhatsApp or your email app. Details are not automatically sent to a Digiplus database. Once you send the draft, your chosen channel processes them under its own terms.
The diagnosis sends the public address to Google PageSpeed Insights only after your confirmation. Google may receive your IP and technical information required for the request. Do not enter private addresses or links containing personal data or tokens.
If AI chat is enabled and you consent, messages are processed by the Google service identified in the chat to generate answers. Avoid sensitive data. The conversation remains in your browser session; a summary is shared with Digiplus only when you send it. Without active AI, Digi uses local guides.
Firebase/Google hosting may process technical logs to deliver and protect the service. We have not installed advertising or behavioural analytics. Theme and cookie preferences may be stored in the browser; the PWA uses cache for offline functionality.
You can request information, access, correction or deletion of details you sent us, or ask about objection and portability, by email. Contact and document retention depends on purpose, the contractual relationship and applicable obligations. Complaints can be made to the CNPD at cnpd.pt.
