If you already have a domain or hosting, identify the provider and the person who manages the account. The proposal confirms whether the service can be kept, the domain pointed to the new site or a transfer arranged. Email and other services using the domain must also be considered before settings are changed.
If the project approaches its hosting limits or needs extra features, a proposal will be provided before a change. Automatic usage-overage charges are not planned. The provider's technical limits still apply; the contract should explain what happens if a limit is reached before a solution is approved.
